<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>-         incalziti cuptorul la 180 grade</p>
<p>-         incalziti uleiul intr-o tigaie mare si caliti ceapa, usturoiul, rosiile si patrunjelul pana devin moi</p>
<p>-         asezonati cu sare si piper</p>
<p>-         faceti 3 despicaturi in fiecare vanata si lasati vinetele in apa sarata timp de 30 min</p>
<p>-         uscati, apoi introduceti  amestecul cu ceapa in despicaturi</p>
<p>-         puneti vinetele intr-un vas de copt si presarati zahar, suc de lamaie si o cantitate mare de ulei</p>
<p>-         acoperiti si coaceti 40 min</p>
<p>-         serviti la temperatura camerei cu iaurt</p>
