<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>-         intr-un vas amestecati bine sarea, zaharul, piperul alb si 6 linguri de marar</p>
<p>-         puneti pe un vas intins o folie trasparenta pe care o ungeti cu un sfert din condiment (amestecul sare-zahar-piper-marar), apoi puneti cu fata in jos o bucata de somon si ungeti cu jumatate din condiment, dupa care puneti si cealalta jumatate cu fata in sus, pe care de asemenea o ungeti cu condimentul ramas si apoi impachetati folia</p>
<p>-         peste pachetul cu simon puneti o greutate (ex: conserve) pentru a se elimina apa din carne</p>
<p>-         lasati somonul la frigider 3-4 zile si intorceti-l odata la 6 ore</p>
<p>-         in ziua in care veti servi somonul, aveti nevoie de 6 ore pentru pregatire</p>
<p>-         clatiti condimentul si uscati cu prosoape de hartie</p>
<p>-         lasati o bucata de somon pe o folie cu fata in jos si presarati 2 linguri de marar peste si apoi cealalta felie cu fata in sus, impachetati si lasati sa se raceasca 6 ore</p>
<p>-         amestecati intr-un bol mustarul, otetul, zaharul si albusul</p>
<p>-         adaugati incet uleiulsi amestecati usor pentru a se omogeniza</p>
<p>-         adaugati mararul si amestecati bine</p>
<p>-         adaugati sare si piper</p>
