<p>-         se macina ceapa, chilli, coriandrul si sarea pentru a se obtine o pasta</p>
<p>-         se taie avocado in jumatati, si se stoarce pulpa si se piseaza pentru o consistenta uniforma si se amesteca cu pasta</p>
<p>-         se amesteca cu o lingura de rosii si apoi se adauga restul rosiei, ceapa si coriandrul</p>

<p>-         puneti bucatile de cartofi pe fundul vasului</p>
<p>-         imprastiati usturoiul peste cartofi si adaugati peste bucatile de pui</p>
<p>-         turnati vinul de xeres si supa de pui si apoi puneti sare si piper</p>
<p>-         acoperiti si fierbeti la foc mic pana cand cartofii si puiul sunt preparati (45-50min)</p>
<p>-         gustati si adaugati patrunjelul</p>
