-         pregatiti cuptorul la 200 grade

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>-         ungeti usor un vas de copt</p>
<p>-         pregatiti cuptorul la 200 grade</p>
<p>-         puneti vanata decojita la cuptor pentru 30-40 min, intorcand-o din cand in cand</p>
<p>-         scoateti-o din cuptor si puneti-o intr-o punga de plastic in care s-o lasati cateva minute</p>
<p>-         scoateti-o si inlaturati coaja formata</p>
<p>-         puneti apoi intr-un blender vanata, sucul de lamaie, tahini, semintele de susan si usturoiul si faceti un piure</p>
<p>-         puneti apoi amestecul intr-un vas si amestecati incet cu uleiul de masline</p>
<p>-         tineti la frigider pentru 3 ore si apoi serviti</p>
