-         se prepara la cuptor 180 grade

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>-         se prepara la cuptor 180 grade</p>
<p>-         puneti fiecare bucata de pui in hartie pergament si pisati cu un ac pentru a o intinde astfel incat sa fie uniforma</p>
<p>-         Puneti puiul in oul batut si amestecati cu pesmetul</p>
<p>-         Incalziti untul si uleiul intr-o tigaie la foc mediu si rumeniti puiul</p>
<p>-         Puneti puiul intr-un vas de cuptor</p>
<p>-         Intindeti felii de mozzarella peste pui si turnati sos de tomate</p>
<p>-         Preasarati parmezan, sare si piper din abundenta</p>
<p>-         Coaceti in cuptor preincalzit timp de 25-30 minute pana cand branza devine inchisa la culoare</p>
<p>-         Scoateti din cuptor si serviti</p>

<p>-         intrun vas mediu amestecati smantana, branza, galbenusurile si adaugati 2 linguri din grasimea din tigaie</p>
<p>-         fierbeti pastele intr-un vas mare cu apa sarata, amestecand din cand in cand</p>
<p>-         scurgeti pastele cand au o consistenta moale dar solida si apoi introduceti-le inapoi in vas</p>
<p>-         adaugati compozitia si amestecati la foc mediu-mic pana se prepara si pana cand va inveli pastele, aprox 4 min (nu fierbeti)</p>
<p>-         adaugati baconul si amestecati</p>
<p>-         adaugati dupa gust sare si piper si puneti adauga inainte de servire branza peste</p>
