<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>-         prajiti semintele de chimen la foc mediu, agitand tigaia, pana se rumenesc 2-3 minute</p>
<p>-         puneti la macinat 2 lingurite de seminte intr-un blender pana capata consistenta de pudra, restul semintelor pastrati-le</p>
<p>-         amestecati ghimbirul, usturoiul, faina, chimenul, paprika, garam masala si turmericul intr-un vas suficient de mase in care se incapa si crevetii</p>
<p>-         amestecati cu sucul de lamaie si apoi cu iaurt, cate putin, amestecand dupa fiecare adaugare</p>
<p>-          adaugati apoi crevetii si amestecati-i</p>
<p>-          Puneti la frigider acoperite pentru cel putin 2 ore</p>
<p>-          Puneti crevetii pe bete de bambus si faceti-le frigarui</p>
<p>-          Faceti saute crevetii pe rand, intorcandu-i o singura data, pana cand sunt preparati 3-4 minute pana capata o culoare aurie</p>
<p>-         Aranjati crevetii in farfurie, presarati semintele de chimen si stoarceti suc de lamaie</p>

<p>-         puneti usturoiul, ceapa, ghimbirul, condimentele, sarea si pasta de tomate in blender si amestecati</p>
<p>-         incalziti uleiul, adaugati mielul si nucsoara si prajiti la foc mare pana ce carnea se rumeneste pe fiecare parte</p>
<p>-         adaugati pasta, lasati-o sa se prepare 5 min timp in care amestecati din cand in cand</p>
<p>-         turnati apa si si fierbeti la foc mic , acperit 1 ora -1 ora si jumatate, pana ce carnea se inmoaie</p>
