<p>-         adaugati zaharul si amestecati</p>
<p>-         capiti ceapa 10-15 minute pana se inchide la culoare</p>
<p>-         adaugati faina si amestecati pana se omogenizeaza</p>
<p>-         adaugati supa si vinul</p>
<p>-         aduceti la fiert</p>
<p>-         fierbeti la foc mic, 10 min si acoperiti, pana ce ceapa se inmoaie</p>
<p>-         intre timp, prajiti painea</p>
<p>-         puneti supa in 4 craticioare, in care sa puneti painea si peste paine, branza</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>-         asezonati bucatile de pui cu sare si piper</p>
<p>-         incalziti baconul la foc mediu pentru a se topi grasimea</p>
<p>-         scoateti baconul si introduceti ciupercile sa se rumeneasca in grasimea de la bacon</p>
<p>-         adaugati puiul sa se rumeneasca pe toate partile</p>
<p>-         turnati vinul, supa de pui, usturoiul si ierburile proaspete</p>
<p>-         aduceti la fiert, amestecand din cand in cand, apoi lasati sa fiarba la foc mic, cu capac, 15-20 min</p>
<p>-         adaugati ciupercile si lasati la foc mic 30-45 min, pana ce puiul e moale</p>
<p>-         scoateti puiul si ciupercile pe o farfurie</p>
<p>-         adaugati faina si untul in lichidul de fierbere pentru ingrosare, apoi turnati sosul peste pui si ciuperci</p>
