<p>-         1 jumatate de legatura de patrunjel taiata marunt</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>-         incalziti cuptorul la 200 grade</p>
<p>-         puneti painea la blender pana se faramiteaza</p>
<p>-         firimiturile puneti-le cu sarea si piperul apoi in ulei de masline si dupa puneti-le la cuptor timp de 6-8 minute</p>
<p>-         dupa ce capata o nuanta aurie, puneti-le intr-un vas</p>
<p>-         curatati ciupercile si tocati-le</p>
<p>-         ungeti vasul de copt si asezati pe un singur strat ciupercile</p>
<p>-         coaceti ciupercile timp de 10 minute si apoi scoateti-le din cuptor</p>
<p>-          in timp ce ciupercile sunt la copt, topiti unt intr-o tigaie mare si caliti tulpinile tocate timp de 5 minute</p>
<p>-         Adaugati ceapa, telina usturoiul, oregano si sarea si piperul ramase si caliti-le timp de 5 minute</p>
<p>-         Lasati legumele sa se raceasca inainte de a adauga firimiturile, branza si patrunjelul (amestecati bine)</p>
<p>-          Puneti umplutura in ciuperci si coaceti pana cand ciupercile sunt moi, iar umplutura este aurie-maron, aprox 20 min</p>
<p>-         Topiti branza deasupra daca doriti</p>
