-         Lasati acoperit timp de 30 de minute
-         Intindeti apoi aluatul si turnati ulei

<p>-         Rulati apoi cu grija aluatul ca o clatita si taiati injumatate</p>
<p>-         Desfaceti, adaugati ulei si prajiti la foc mediu-mare aprox 5 minute pana capata o consistenta crocanta</p>

<p>-         odata racit, intepati-l usor cu un ac pana se slabeste fibra</p>
<p>-         inlaturati pielea</p>
<p>-         faramati puiul cu degetele</p>
<p>-         amestecati sosul de soia, pasta de susan, uleiul de susan, uleiul de chili, zaharul si pipeul</p>
<p>-         puneti foile de laptuca pe o farfurie</p>
<p>-         asezati foile de ceapa si apoi presarati puiul</p>

<p>-         amestecati ingredientele compozitiei si marinati porcul pentru 10 minute</p>
<p>-         puneti taiteii in apa fierbinte si acoperiti</p>
<p>-         lasati la inmuiat 5 minute si apoi tocati-i in bucati marunte</p>
<p>-         Incalziti uleiul intr-o tigaie</p>
<p>-         Caliti chilli, ghimbirul, ceapa pentru 1min si adaugati porcul si compozitia</p>
<p>-         Gatiti pana porcul isi schimba culoarea, apoi amestecati sosul de chilli si taiteii</p>
<p>-         Adaugati apa, acoperiti si preparati pana ce lichidul a fost absorbit si taiteii sunt moi</p>
