-         inmuiati, uscati si clatiti fasolea, apoi puneti-o intr-o oala si acoperiti cu apa rece

<p>-         350g fasole uscata</p>
<p>-         1 lingura ulei</p>
<p>-         1 ceapa mare feliata</p>
<p>-         1 lingurita mustar uscat</p>
<p>-         2 linguri melasa</p>
<p>-         150ml suc de rosii</p>
<p>-         1 lingurita sos Worcestershire</p>
<p>-         2 lingurite zahar brun</p>
<p>-         300ml ciorba de legume nesarata</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>-         inmuiati, uscati si clatiti fasolea, apoi puneti-o intr-o oala si acoperiti cu apa rece</p>
<p>-         aduceti fasolea la fiert, apoi lasati-o sa fiarba la foc mic</p>
<p>-         lasati-o 45 minute pana cand este moale, apoi scurgeti apa</p>
<p>-         incalziti cuptorul la 145 grade</p>
<p>-         incalziti uleiul intr-un vas si caliti ceapa aprox 5 minute, apoi adaugati restul ingredientelor, inclusiv fasolea si aduceti amestecul la fiert</p>
<p>-         acoperiti vasul si puneti-l in cuptor</p>
<p>-         lasati-le la preparat 4 ore, amestecand ocazional</p>
<p>-         adaugati apa daca fasolea devine prea uscata</p>
